User-centered, strategy-focused design means putting the user first and making sure our designs align with the overall business strategy. This way, we can create designs that are both effective and meet the needs of users and businesses.

empathy
Empathy is the foundation of great design. It allows us to create designs that are both effective and enjoyable for users. Understanding their needs, emotions, and motivations leads to addressing their pain points, and make their experiences easier

Stratery drives design, not the other way around This logic applies to UX projects, but I also apply it to decks and other print and digital marketing materiait where it can enhance the experier! for the intended target audiences.
